Polu Arsiga grew up in Honolulu and learned coffee on a cart in Hawaii. After moving to Seattle for school, Polu started pouring Hawaiian- and Korean-inspired drinks out of a Ballard apartment in April 2024, then as a pop-up at Little Tin Goods & Apothecary Cabinet.
In spring 2026 the goose landed at 2 W Roy St in Lower Queen Anne, the old Royal Records, in a room Polu built out by hand. Local artists hang on the walls, and their ceramics, bags, keychains and prints fill the shelves.
